  As our business has grown over the past two decades, we've kept pace with continual machinery and personnel upgrades. We now number 25 highly-experienced sailmakers, and our 19,000 square foot loft features 15 German-made Pfaff and 15 Adler sewing machines and New Zealand-designed Prosail computer plotter/cutter.
   
  In recent years, techology has revolutionized the sailmaking industry, and we've invested in the latest in sail design and sail-cutting software and hardware to increase the accuracy and reliability of our sails while streamlining the production process. At the same time, we have not cut corners on the traditional hand-finishing touches - such as leather at chafe points and handsewing of bolt ropes - that separate a quality sail from a cheap production sail.
